The monty® T-Matic PRO is a fully automatic tyre changer designed for quick, easy operation and capable of handling any tyre. Ideal for technicians of all skill levels, the T-Matic PRO simplifies handling the most challenging tyres, even for less-experienced technicians. It offers a short training time and delivers professional results.

A graphical touchscreen display guides the operator through the job sequence step by step. Hydraulic-powered bead breaker disks provide precise tool movement, preventing uncontrolled bounce while allowing for a fully automatic procedure. The patented “Incline” System reduces bead tension applied by the tool while demounting the upper bead, protecting the tyre and rim from damage.

Three bead pressing tools assist in tyre mounting without requiring additional tools. The integrated lift facilitates loading and unloading wheels, making tyre replacement easier for the technician. Built to last with industrial standards, ensuring high reliability, robustness, and easy maintenance. Its ergonomic design promotes a comfortable working position and minimises strain during operation.
